I'm trying to export a hold in the RPG 2 engine, it gives me an error that says "DROD failed to save this hold. possibly there is not enough space on the drive where it is being saved." but the drive that I'm exporting to has multiple hundred gigabytes left.

It was working fine last night, the only thing I can think that might have affected it is that I made my programData folder unhidden so that I could access it easier, this was after I exported so if that broke something I wouldn't have noticed.

I've already tried the easy fixes of restart game and restart computer. I also tried to rehide the programData folder which didn't fix it, so maybe that wasn't the issue?

I tested exporting in both TSS and RPG 1 and had no issues, both of those were on steam whereas I'm playing RPG 2 with the standalone version.

I tested exporting to different directories too, the folder I'm exporting to didn't seem to matter.

I could try to delete and reinstall RPG 2, but that would probably delete the hold I'm trying to export in the first place so its a bit of a last resort for me.

EDIT: After some talk in CaravelNET chat troubleshooting I figured out launching as admin let me export, so I guess there is a permission error there somewhere. I didn't touch the permissions directly though and it was working before so I'm not sure whats up with that.

EDIT 2: After going into properties for the main exe, I found where to change the games access and it had somehow gotten changed to read only with no write permissions, reenabling write permissions fixed it completely with no more need to run as admin.
