Upload Hold Scores didn't work on the Steam version (0)

Tried quickly playing through the Steam version Chapter 1 while not connected to CNet to test the achievements are fine.

Connected to CNet and pressed Upload Scores on the Change Location screen.

It did not submit any scores.

Note that reloading an autosave and retriggering the scorepoint worked fine.
