So, currently in DROD, if you right click a citizen, you'll get info like "Citizen #10 (#1)", indicating that they're a citizen with colour #10 and movement order #1. It might be less confusing if that uses colour words like "yellow" or "blue" or whatever.

Technically not impossible, since I added colour strings to 5.2 for the lighting scripts, and citizen colours are the same as the light colours.

Would be interested in hearing more input on this.

I am not a huge fan of citizens to being with, so I rarely use the tooltip. But I can see that it would be a minor accessibility win.

I seem to remember that there was a list of the names of all 16 colors somewhere, but I've been unable to find it while verifying this post. I'm not even sure if it was really official. All I can recall that it had names in it like "pale green" to distinguish from regular green.
