I was playing Accessory Training Facility. While in 8E, I looked at 9E and then suddenly a "100% optimal!" message popped up when I returned.

It's possible I was standing on the scorepoint in 8E, I don't remember exactly. This weird score does not seem to be on my score page, but it did pop up in the activity feed. (The scorepoint that came up there is in 9E, not 8E, so the game must have somehow thought I triggered the scorepoint in that room. Maybe I happened to be at that coordinate in 8E?)

This happened to me earlier in a different hold.

If you stand on the exact same coordinates that have a scorepoint in the previewed room, the game triggers a score message (but not the full dialog box with all the detailed stats).

Having just tried it in a published hold, the game does indeed submit a score when you do this. Of course it gets rejected by the spider, though the activity feed doesn't seem to account for this.
