Re: DROD: TCB Tutorial (0)
Advanced Elements and Techniques
3S: Scroll says that adders are stabbable at the side of the head; this might confuse new players into thinking they can only be stabbed orthogonally. I would just say "the head".
7S4W: Since it doesn't matter whether the trapdoor is dropped or not, the player can just keep their sword. Not a big problem though.
8S2W: Typo: "pheonix" for "phoenix"
8S2E: You can ignore this room's lesson and kill both roaches by backswiping.
10S2W: Dialogue tooltip is inaccurate. Some non-Beethro roles don't have stealth (namely clone, decoy, Gunthro, soldier and stalwart). Unarmed monsters and citizens will not drop trapdoors even after a power token.
10S: Waterskipper nests spawn every 10 turns, not 5.
10S2E, 10S4E: Both can be solved without using the room's lessons, by pushing mirrors onto the pressure plates.
10S3E: Here I couldn't find a way to use the lesson about paralysing aumtlich at all; the room is much easier to solve without.
11S1W: "If" should be "unless".
12S: Ceiling darkness on the trapdoor is maybe too dark; it's hard to tell that it's a trapdoor.
12S1E: Difficult room; I couldn't find a way to get past the giants without killing a golem on the scroll, so I was unable to read it until after clearing and re-entering the room.
12S2E: Not true that aumtlich beams ignore cracked orbs; in fact they break them, taking two turns to fully remove them.
Brain Drain
9S3W: Scroll describes persistent citizen movement tokens but there isn't one in the room, so the new player will have no idea what one looks like.
9S5W: Room contains (and scroll mentions) a soldier, which is not a TCB element.
