OK, one third into the hold and I'm completely stuck. I *think* know what I want to do. I even replayed the Advanced Concepts rooms on brained roach queens.

×I can only get the queen to move away from the center of the room if I can get directly diagonally behind her. So this means that I have to at least get close enough to her. Obviously, cleverly positioned roach spawns should help out here, but I have no clue what position I should aim for.
Could anybody give me some hints regarding positioning?
Or am I missing a "
cheap trick"
