TSS: Crash after rating a hold on CaravelNet and then returning to game (1) (+2)
This is happening on Windows. Repro steps (requires CaravelNet):
1) Start DROD.
2) Go to the Change Location screen.
3) Submit a rating for a hold (new rating or resubmit; both work).
4) Make sure your current hold was originally downloaded from CaravelNet in-game, then leave the location screen.
5) Return to the game with either Play New Game or Continue Playing Game.
6) Press Esc to try to return to the menu.
The game will crash with a "drod.exe has stopped working" at that point.
I originally noticed this with other step 6s, like restoring to a point where the "Exit Level" notification is visible and then walking out of the room. But this is the easiest repro I could come up with.
Also note that using a non-CaravelNet hold for steps 4-5 does not trigger the crash (but if you play a non-CNet hold for a bit and then switch to a CNet one, it'll crash when you exit the CNet hold). I've tested that with both a hold I built and Fireside DRODing in Claythro Tower.
I don't know whether holds downloaded from the forum and then manually imported would make it crash; I don't have any of those in my installation.
