When I started the DROD program today, the CNet box turned the picture with a cross and when I requested for a new key (usual solution), the box says "You are not a registered member of CaravelNet" instead of the usual message. However, when I see my CNet tab at the profiles, I am indeed a CNet member. Therefore, there must be a bug at the CNet server. What can you do to help me?

If your situation is that the in-game request for a new key didn't work but the forum version did work, then yes.
