Or give him a female sheep. Ewe!
Man, brilliant work. I actually wrote all those letters out but didn't get the puns.

Okay, here we go. Decode the bolded text. It is not a cryptogram, and spaces have not been taken in to consideration. The first letter is already correct. Find the pattern, decode the message.

Very well done.

Basically, instead of using the next letter in the phrase as itself, I added its numerical value to that of the previous letter, looping when necessary.

So, W + H is 23 + 8 = 31, - 26 = 5 = E

You're up, RoboBob

Someone give me a single eight-letter word that, when chopped into three different words, forms a preposition, followed by a verb, followed by a pronoun. No anagramming or overlapping is allowed.

Is my question clear?

I've got a word! Actually, I made it up and it turned out to be a real word, although I doubt it is what you had in mind.

forbathe=for bat he

Puzzle pending upon confirmation...

Hmm... I didn't even think that there would be other solutions. I stole the puzzle from an ancient issue of Games magazine which listed a different answer. I'll give it to you Koro.

My answer (secreted for those of you who still want to ponder over it) is:

Yeah, I figured there was a more commonly used answer, just couldn't find it. Nice one.

Okay, indulge me in this math problem:

How many numbers (non-negative integers) have all of their digits in strictly ascending order?

Sheesh, nine minutes.

The solution for this the quick way is so beautiful, although you could make a program or something too, or do it on paper for hours. How did you do it TripleM?

Well, the way I did it was count the # of such numbers with 1 digit, 2 digits, .. 9 digits, and we have 9 digits to choose from in each case (once you choose the digits, theres only one way to order them), and yeah, the sum of those is 2^9, thats a wellknown - type thing (or you could just add them up).

Ah, time for another sequence I think, while I try to think of a better puzzle for next time:

Find the next number in this sequence:
61, 52, 63, 94, 46, ?

The next number's 18: it's the two digit squares with the digits reversed.

I'll think of a puzzle in a bit

Alright, here's one I borrowed from a website somewhere.

There are three cannibals and three farmers on the same side of a river, and they all want to cross to the other side.

There is one boat available, which may carry either one or two people at a time.

If cannibals outnumber farmers on either side at any time, they eat the farmer(s).

Get everyone across safely.

If that's unclear, let me know, and I'll reword it.

Six friends gathered one night for a potluck dinner. The dishes brought were soup, mushrooms, greens, nuts, fish and dessert. From the following statements who brought which dish and what order did they arrive.

1. Tony did not bring dessert, mushrooms or nuts not did he arrive first.
2. Brian brought either dessert or nuts and was not the last to arrive.
3. The one who arrived first who was not Stacy provided soup.
4. Robert arrived immediately after Jenny who arrived immediately after Stacy.
5. The last to arrive who was not Robert brought the fish.
6. The one who provided mushrooms who was not Stacy was the third to arrive.
7. The one who arrived immediately after Christine brought the desert.

If someone I invited to a potluck brought only nuts or mushrooms, they wouldn't be getting invited again.

And Koro, I love your avatar too, but the color change is disconcerting. I think it would look better if kept red.

And before someone beats me to it:

First, Christine, showed up with the Soup.
Second, Stacy with Dessert.
Third, Jenny with Mushrooms.
Fourth, Robert with Greens.
Fifth, Brian with Nuts.
Last, Tony with Fish.

I believe it was Robert in the Hall with the Mushrooms.

Asia!

Okay, we have a visual puzzle enclosed. Not too tough now.

As for my avitar, it isn't specifically from DROD, so the snake does not have to be red. I was tired of my old Commander Keen Garg avitar because it is from a game I didn't make, so it isn't really basic to my character or close to my heart, as an avitar might be, ya know? But that isn't always a pre-requisite, but it also had nothing to do with DROD. Now these snakes are from a game currently in developement and in said game the snakes exist in all four colors (as well as black and gray). But they also look like DROD snakes too (except for their tails and 3D-ness), making them even more appropriate. The game should be done this week and put on the forum somewhere. There: more info than you ever needed. Also, RoboBob, I've always loved "the Puff." Definitely a favorite in Smash Bros. as well.

but it seems to kinda logically follow, although I swear I've seen this before somewhere....

I HAD seen it before! Damn my poor memory! Thanks for the explanation Nillo, otherwise I would've been really frustrated after I recognized yours as the answer...

Okay, here's a hint for interested people:

And here's my puzzle:
A man lives on the tenth floor in an apartment. Every morning he takes the elevator to the first floor, jumps into his car and drives away to his job. At 6 PM he comes back and takes the elevator to the seventh floor. There he takes the stairs to the tenth floor.
What's the man's job?
