Still no installer, so you'll have to do this manually, and get the Data dir from somewhere else (like a windows install of the same build, or CVS).

Untar the tarball, enter the directory it creates, and copy the Data directory into it. Then run drod. Problematic libs are linked statically now, so there shouldn't be any problems. Let me know what happens
