I think this belongs on the "the site" forum; and in any case, that will probably come only after the official release of DROD:AE.

That said, this is a very good idea.

We'll add an architect's board after the beta or towards the end. The bugs board is the place to talk about that stuff for now. And as long as the editor is screwing up data and losing people's hard work, I don't recommend that anyone get seriously involved in making holds unless they are part of the testing effort and prepared to communicate troubleshooting information.
