Start DROD with no player defined, it will ask you to create/import a player. Cancel the dialog, you'll receive a warning about DROD closing if you do. Press Yes and now you are playing with no player.

You can't access to Settings, and can't move in the game. If you try to create a Hold, the game closes. No "drod.err" is created.

If there is a hold editable by anyone, you can access it. Besides some minor problems, if you edit a room, at playtesting or exiting the editor, the game closes with a "drod.err"
