Journey to Rooted Hold : The Dreamplane : 3 North, 1 West (0)

I can't figure this one out at all. Hints like which roach to work on first or whatever would be nice. I've tried all different ways but keep coming up short. I'm beyond tired of it and a simple explanation would be nice if possible.

In manipulation puzzles like this, I first try to see if I can get each individual roach to the goal, then whether trying to manipulate certain pairs of monsters at once gives me any trouble. Techniques I have to use in those cases almost always become part of the whole solution.

I'd say it is. I beat it, thanks. I had tried all those manipulations but not at the right times I guess. Now if I could beat the room below I'd be all done. But it's too trial and error for my liking. I wish it had a continue point because I forget which trapdoors I want down and I have to keep dropping them. Real tedious.

I must be missing something here...
Every time I try to get NE roach there first, the SW roach beats it by a mile and ALWAYS gets stuck on the arrow. Is there some way to get the NE roach to take the shortcut across the square path in the SW corner?

I've tried more ways than I can think of, and this is the ONLY ROOM in JtRH that's given me trouble. At all. Seriously, if it comes down to it, I might even ask for a demo.

I forgot to regroup the 2 roaches in the center before guiding the third one.

my problem is i can get the roaches into the middle near the bomb, but the bomb doesn't get em all, and due to arrow positioning i can't move them closer

I can’t manage to lead both NW and SW roaches to the bomb; one of them always gets stuck.

When I try lead the NW roach past 1, the SW roach gets trapped at 2, assuming it’s already in the center.

Now you may say that the SW roach needn’t be in the center at that point. However, I can’t manage to lead the NW roach very far without either trapping it or letting the SW roach into the center.

Any hints?
