I'd like to know if there's any other way to upload scores that have been made while playing offline but to use the upload scores button in the settings.

It would be really nice if I could upload for example all demos of a single level or hold at once but nothing else.

Yes, give the man a prize! I've implemented this behavior in the next patch. There will be some caveats: information on which demos have been uploaded (or tested for upload) won't be exported with your player. To do this requires changes to the data file format that can't easily be patched into people's existing installations. It'll be included in 3.0 for sure.
