Once I import a hold, there's no way to remove it from the list; this could be a problem once holds proliferate (which I hope they will)

Note removing a hold from the game would entail permanently deleting all saved games and demos as well. This seems kinda drastic, but I guess we do need to have it. Thoughts, Erik?

I think we say "this will delete any saved games and demos" in a confirmation message, but delete the hold and associated saved game and demo records if they want to delete it.

Ok, added to DB.

(Adding more message texts to the DB will invalidate player's current .exe and .dat files. They will need to export their holds and player data, and import it into this new build when message texts are added.)
