I know that you can use ctrl+z to undo but other people might not know that. It's also easier to have something to click on since when I'm making the level I am using the mouse. This may already be something that is in the planning and if it is I'm sorry. It's sort of like the delete key issue. If you don't want too many buttons, perhaps include a list of commands that a user could look at for reference.
