When you run DROD1.6 for the first time, it will pop up an upgrade message. If you press no, it will pop up another message asking if you want a reminder. If you press yes, you'll always be reminded, even if you press no next tile the mesage comes up.

It's probably something different, but it's still screwed up.

This bug is still present in Build 19.
