Damage previews (the little numbers that display on top of monsters in RPG 2) are cool, but sometimes they get in the way of things like seeing which way an Evil Eye is facing, so it would be nice if holding Alt temporarily disabled them. And if you're playing with them disabled, there might be times you want to show them for a moment without going into Settings, so it could do that too.
