A number of holds, namely The Test of Mind or Castle, have scripted level entrance points rather than stairs to help convey a more seamless transition between areas. This is perfectly fine level design, but it does make the clean-up phase in these parts a bit more of a pain, as normally there's no adjacent room or stairs for the path-finding to work with. A script command to assign a non-stairs tile as an applicable exit would be great for this purpose, though!
