Running into something strange in the latest version (5.1.459).

First, it's worth noting that my installation of DROD does not have an INI file. If I want to change something that's supposed to be there, I have to use the console--which is fine. But it might help me some if there's a standard INI I can download and be told exactly where in the folder to put it so DROD will recognize it.

But anyway, I'm encountering two separate things on this exact same version:
1) On one computer (my laptop), starting DROD in a window brings up a non-resizable window(!). But if I make it go to fullscreen and back again (just double-hitting F10 works), then it's resizabale again no problem.
2) On a different computer (my desktop), even though the console reports that "graphics:allowwindowresizing=1", I cannot resize the window no matter what. Toggling back and forth to fullscreen doesn't work on this computer, even though it works on the other one.

This is currently the case for me as well, using the Steam version of Gunthro and the Epic Blunder.
