A slayer will stab another slayer when it is stepping on to a pressure plate (or going to one) in order to open a door.

I wonder if anything else is ignored with such a move.

Yes. This also applies to a slayer attempting to hit orbs, and the slayer will also stab bombs and probably guards and kegs, though I haven't tested those.

I don't believe there are any rooms based on this behavior in published holds. There is a piece of writing on the fansite which involves it, but clearly we can justify that in lore with the use of time tokens to retroactively adjust the slayer recipe.
