Normally bridges do not drop on Turn 0. However if the player starts on a double-placement potion (mimic/decoy/clone), after placing the double some of room processing happens, including dropping the bridges. This can be used to kill player on turn 0 (which is not a big problem in terms of game UX as you can leave to title screen by pressing escape), but it also creates a rule inconsistency in my opinion. I believe this should be modified, so that this kind of room processing only happens on real turn 1.
Same problem with Aumtlich gazes.
Thoughts, anyone?
