Way to get past Fremont as a rogue (0)
I accidentally discovered it when replaying as a rogue, so I decided to post it in case someone doesn't know.
So, I didn't even manage to get rid of Fremont even with very high Fast Talk skill. I managed to mention the Jarnvidrean Leaping Piranha once and all subsequent times the troll answered that I'm lying when I told him that there may be an enemy under the bridge. I had to pay the troll to secure passage for Liff.
Still, I discovered a way to get past the troll just for convenience.
1. Throw dagger at Fremont. It will be ineffective due to his shield and will end up lying under his feet.
2. Pick the dagger up. Fremont won't prevent you from doing it.
3. You will end up standing slightly on the other side of the troll and he won't stop you from going further in that direction.
