Heh...I wonder who has at hand in their brain the most digits of pi. I have 3.14159265358979323832795028841979.

I challenge anyone to know less digits of PI than me. I normally remember 3.14.

Why do people memorize so many digits of PI? I've got it memorized to five places, because it is occasionally useful to plug that value into some program I'm writing without looking it up. But 3.14159265358979323832795028841979? Come on! You're just trying to be macho!

Yeah, the chicks always go for the guys who know lots of digits of pi.
The funny thing is, I don't know that many digits, but I recognized that Hawk's number was wrong:
3.14159265358979323846264338327950 - Correct
3.14159265358979323832795028841979 - Hawk's

Yeah, I noticed Hawk's number was wrong also. It seems he just spliced 8 digits out of there, as if for the good of humanity because we all have too much pi.

Na, Hawk is just Canadian (I think). Due to the exchange rate, they have a slightly smaller pi.

Edit: Persia doesn't currently exist as a country anyway. What could be called its "capital" is probably subject to dispute.

I think that's what you want, Erik.

Mesopotamia is another name for the "Fertile Crescent", the "cradle of Civilazation", or whatever you want to call it. It includes modern-day Iraq and Israel.

Anyone know the capital of Brunei? No matter who I ask, nobody ever seems to know. Anyone know, without looking it up?

It's...

Hmm. Kind of a trick question, so I can't be too stingy here. The capital of the Persian Empire is a good answer. I would have also accepted Tehran or Teheran. And probably also Isfahan, Esfahan, or Aspadena would be okay. For the record, I had to spend a few minutes on the internet to know about these places--not feigning great knowledge here.

Now, what is the capital of Strongbadia?

Strongbadia is a fictional "country", from homestarrunner.com - you should go there if you want to understand what it's about, it's sort of difficult to explain that site.

Here's a cartoon about Strong Badia. (I mistakenly spelled it as one word previously.)

http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail32.html

My apologies if the nonsensical humor is not your kind of thing. I think that it has not yet been stated what the capital of Strong Badia, so that is probably a good question to e-mail Strong Bad. Along with, "who are these fhqwgads anyhow?"

Actually, it's "fhqwhgads"

Here's a link to the e-mail:

And here's the song:

I have actually heard that song being spun at frat parties and seen hordes of drunken college student shakin' their booties and freakin' to it. I was highly amused. But the beat IS super infectious... crossfaded into "The Cheat" song too... oh those wacky college DJs...

Is it just me, or has the production rate of emails slowed? They used to reliably have an email every monday, but I swear it has been at least a month since I checked and I only saw two new emails =(

That's a total shame because I only recently got into Homestar Runner, right after e-mail 100. I've been waiting for so long for more updated content that I've actually gone through all of the old e-mails, one by one. I think they've seriously only put out one e-mail this month.

I don't think there is a capital of Strong Badia. Of course, they may invent one.

I know someone here had Eh! Steve as an avatar briefly, and they got a little note saying that... well, it was given to me by a wheelchair so I shouldn't need to repeat it word for word. See the e-mail marked 'crazy cartoon' for an explanation.

They skipped one week (last week), and they added some non-email content twice over this month - the April first toon, and the toon "Powered by the cheat". I think that basically, they try to add one item of content each week, which may or may not be an email; they've had a very long run of emails without interruption for a while, and I think they've been wanting some variety.
