If you ask a question and don't give any answer options, your only options are Yes and No. If you do this, it is impossible to undo past the prompt. There's no Undo option and pressing the Undo button does nothing.

I was reminded of this because it was noted in this bug thread for RPG: http://forum.caravelgames.com/viewtopic.php?TopicID=27965&page=0#404350

Other Question-related issues mentioned in that thread might be happening in standard DROD too, I haven't looked.

I've implemented a workaround in rev 6507. Now pressing Esc during a yes/no question will undo the last move.

This issue will take a non-trivial amount of work to add an "undo" button and recognize the mapped "undo" key command, and I'm deferring that work for now.
