To get the Gentryii behind you it's helpful to remember that it's brained.

×Clear the tar. When stabbing the last portion of it, don't kill any of the babies. Let them follow you, and go to the brain's passageway. With five babies following you, you can get to the brain and kill it, and the babies won't be able to catch up.

Now go through that passage again to kill the babies, and lead the gentryii after you. It gets trapped when the pressure plate isn't held down. Take this opportunity to go for the conquer token.

Next, step on the pressure plate at (6,13) and let the Gentryii move forward until it's no longer trapped on the door. As soon as it's moving freely, just rush for the mother; you have just enough time to get in and clear the tar before the gentryii arrives.

Actually, now that I review this I'm not sure that it actually helps to use tar babies to kill the brain, since you just go through that route with the gentryii following you anyways; it's just what I ended up doing.
