I counted 2 levels that don't have blue doors. And also there are 6 levels that don't have it in their exit room. Doesn't mean that all of them have 1 at all. Just which ones don't have one in it's exit room.

Let's see here...I believe these are the levels whose blue door is outside the exit room:

1, 6, 18, 22

And these levels don't have a blue door:

13, 25

Just so you know, I opened up DROD and looked in the restore screen to get some of the answers. I hope you don't mind.
