Fuses burn funny when lit by explosives blown by floor spikes (+1)

Fuses burn funny when they are lit by explosives blown up by floor spikes. The following turn the fire appears to be put off for some reason and then the next turn it continues to burn normally. The fire spreads one turn too late that is.

This has been fixed for 5.0.2 but be warned - it invalidates some demos!
