Clicking the upper right button (next to the "?") displays a notices panel. Pressing any one of the three buttons on this panel doesn't seem to do anything except dismiss the window.

Matt implemented this feature. I understand the intent is to inform the Caravel server that you want to receive any notifications regarding beta holds while playing.

My recollection is the functionality is complete, but I need to defer to Matt for a definitive response.

Schik added functionality for the buttons on the notices pop-up dialog to do something.
