TSS: Green doors under fluff can create 1x1 fluff tiles which do not become babies (+1)

Reported in 5.0.1.5973 beta. Bulk bug creation from the patch notes thread; apologies for the brevity.

Thanks. This seems to be the case not only with green doors, but any non-yellow door type.

Fixed in 5.0.1.5991.
