Bumping this now that there's RPG activity happening. To sum up, changes were made to Hold Anonymous and Nameless Fortress rooms in order to account for changed disarm token behavior but the holds have not yet been updated.
In the case of Hold Anonymous, a script is used to simulate the old behavior as the new behavior made different traversal possible and it was too complicated to address this with architecture changes alone. However, this script ran into bugs, which were fixed in 1.2.8. I have tested this fix myself, and it's working fine with the bugs addressed.
