In Andvari's house, if you stand in the upper area (where you're upside-down) and blink to the lower area, the game crashes.
If you pickpocket the letter back from Liff, then give it to him again, he'll thank you and pay you for it a second time. You can do this unlimited times, getting ten gold each time.
You can play dice with Snorri in the tavern after Volund has left. Doing so will cause Volund's lines to be spoken by empty air, and will cause Volund to be present in the minigame screen even though he's already left the tavern.

×If you pickpocket the figurine from Regin, you won't be able to return the chest to him and therefore won't be able to complete his quest -- he says he already paid you, even though he didn't. If you pickpocket the golden sword from him and later try to give it to him, it will say he gave it to you even though he didn't.
Elsewhere in the same quest, in the crystal chamber, the golden sword will continue to point you towards the place where the Sampo was even after you've taken it, which seems a bit weird.
Also, while I don't know if this is actually a bug, it appears buggy: If I try to use the Sampo or use it on myself, the game gives a generic message about not knowing what to do with that. This seems bizarre -- it's a chest, after all, and Regin explicitly told me what it did. Shouldn't my character at least attempt to open it?
Also, as with Liff, you can repeatedly pickpocket stuff from Regin and sell them back, although in this case it perhaps make a bit more sense because they tend to not be unique things -- the above bug aside.

×I entered a strange cave with an imp and a boulder. When I tried to use Blink to teleport past the imp, my character inexplicably decided, immediately after blinking in, to automatically walk a long distance back to the start of the path so the imp could roll the boulder at her, even though I'd teleported her to a safe location past the imp, where the boulder couldn't be rolled at her. This seems bizarre enough that I assume it's a bug.

×Is the Mead of Poetry supposed to be able to grant you a new skill? It gives you a long list of skills, but if you pick one you don't already have, it appears to do nothing -- and when I reloaded and picked one I did have, the bonus was pathetically small for such a legendary thing.
If you attempt to give Eitri an item she won't accept on account of you having already given her something in that category, she will take it from you anyway, even though the dialog says she's rejecting it. (She doesn't pay you anything, you just lose your item.)

×Using Disruption to leave Eitri's house after conducting a deal with her seems to be bugged somehow. When I come back later, no matter how long it's been, she's no longer talking, but reacts as if she is when I try to speak to her; and my conversation options no longer make sense (they're all about convincing her to let me leave, even though the door is now open.) If I threaten her, she goes to the already-open door and it suddenly becomes closed so she can open it again.
