Guess it's just me then. I went round the forum to check, and all the other similar page links work as they should.

Even if it's not being styled correctly, does clicking that "Page 1 of 39" text do anything? The prettiness (including the changing cursor) is CSS but the drop-down bit itself is JavaScript, so that might still work anyway in the meantime. (Edit: oops, just noticed you said that it works.)

The only thing I can see in the page code that might be different and upsetting Chrome around there is that the option values (e.g. holds.php?f=0&npp=10&ob=d&d=d&g=1#H) are built with & entities in the main forum but just raw & characters on the holds page.

The "Show 10 random holds" link is also closed incorrectly (<a> instead of </a>), but that's probably far enough away not to matter.
