Good question. How about this: If we need to break a tie, we progress from rocks to hammers.
If two people wind up tied, I will give them two new mirrors each. I'll give hammers to each of the three previously eliminated players. Each player with a hammer publicly breaks a mirror. The player with the remaining mirror wins immunity.
If three people wind up tied, it's a similar scenario. I'll give each remaining player one mirror and give hammers to the two who were eliminated.
If four people wind up tied, I'll give each remaining player one mirror and a hammer to the other player. The player with the hammer will reduce us to the three player tiebreaker.
If all five of you wind up tied... screw it. None of you get immunity.
