High Scores request (+1)

I vote for having to upload at least a hundred highscores before you can appear in the avg. rank and avg. points highscore lists.
Personally I think it would be a good idea to do the same for the holds highscore lists, say that you have to complete at least 20% of the hold to appear in the avg. rank list.
