I like this hold very much. It is difficult enough to mantain you scratching your head, and the puzzles are so good planned that the joy shakes you increasingly with each level!

Pacotillo!!

However, there is a room that's driving me nuts..., it's "The Scream" (Ouroboros, 1S). How to manage the roach without killing it??

Regards!

Heh, thanks to this thread I started playing The Oversight, a neat little hold, not quite as classy as Bad Evil Restaurant, but we can't always be at the top of our game, eh Masonjason? ;)
And I must say, Tormented Dreams is quite the puzzle, I'm currently making my second loop through, seeing if I can get the south side right this time... darn that roach... I can only assume the CT tribute room is unbeatable, as there's some tar blocks that aren't cuttable over the trapdoors... but if you know some trick that I don't, feel free to share.

BTW Eyeball salvage was an awesome puzzle! :thumbsup

Why is there a demo of Beethro stuck on the top-left corner of the wall in Lvl1:1E? It crashed DROD (I ran this on an uncorrupted DROD)

Well, mason

I went along all of your devil rooms, on the pace of weird music, as you recomend, but that "Ella's Attack", my friend, is a thoughtest fight... I'm almost crying, I have tried a bunch of movements and get killed once and a thousand times... What to do?

[EDIT] Ok, it's solved, forget it! :)

And that, my friends, are the cries induced by a successfully designed hold... just nice enough to get you addicted, but hard enough to make you hate the creator by the end. Nice work masonjason =)

I think it is a TERRIFIC hold!!

I LOVE it, I enjoyed a LOT playing it, for sure it will become a classic.
More than this, the story is very entertanining and funny, I like the way you put the rolls over.

You, masonjason, are a very good Architect!!!

Thanks!! :thumbsup

Well Well Well

It's a shame, but I must give up almost finishing.

"That Room" (yes, that) is too much for me, I can't even figure out a strategy to make this thing.

I must continue my (almost) normal life, so, I congrat you mason for this terrific hold, but must say goodbye.

Regards!

Lanark's remark inspired me to try and finish that room (

) on which I too gave up a while ago. It was hard work but I finally made it through. :thumbsup

However, I was very disappointed to find that the stairs in the following room sent me back to the beginning of the same level.

If you're having trouble with that room, then there's a technique which will make it a lot easier (although it's still pretty hard):

Thanks!! But I'm affraid that approach is EXACTLY what I was trying to apply... I think I'll be back when I get myself more trained... I'm a beginer droder, I think, it takes more than Dugan's to get ready for this room! ;)

Regards!!

This is a solid, fun hold with a detailed story involving Beethro, a king, and a cupabara named Ellen. Don't ask, just check it out!

OK, let's be honest.

Can you think of a single thing that would not be improved by the addition of the world's largest rodent? Capybaras, man...

(OK, besides tacos.)

Even without the clever plot, this is a fun hold. The rooms are well-constructed and in several cases quite difficult.

But the plot kicks it up a notch.

I give this hold an 8 with 6 brains. That's an average -- most rooms aren't too bad, but at least two require some real effort.

Josh

Well, it's a matter of personal taste, but I generally try to keep rodents out of my food.

YMMV, though.
