Why is there "Move to self"? As far as I can tell, all it does is ends the turn for the NPC.

Self is a standard entity choice used in the "Wait for Entity" and "Wait while Entity" lists, so "Move To" just borrows the entire list. It's not the case that Self was *deliberately* added to Move To: it's just that it's part of the standard list and there's no real reason to go to the effort of changing it just for Move To.

Besides, Move To Self can have uses. As a big example, you can use it to forcefully get a character to delay their next action until the next full turn. Try comparing that to Wait 0 or Wait 1 when the player toggles the use of Speed Potions. EDIT: Actually, now that I check, "Wait 1" (providing you use that multiple times if you want to wait multiple turns) delays an equivalent amount of half turns, so that's probably easier. Which just leaves the "effort required" part with regards to leaving it in, I guess.

I say, leave the implementation simple. It uses a standard list, let it keep using the standard list. Lot less work if that list gets updated.
