Not really a bug.. but not balance either.
Is there any way to make it play full screen under the new version?
Yes. Open the Data\Leylines.ini file, find the line that says "
FullSc=1"
and change that to "
FullSc=0"
.
I'll put in a better method some time soon.

It's major advantage over the flamecaster is that it does more damage.
Since there is no unit called "
flamecaster"
, could you tell us which one you mean?

if your casting a spell, and want to stop casting it, the only way to do that is to switch to another spell-that makes being goblins really annoying, becuase then if you cast a spell then you have to wait till you've finished it before you will be doing any researching(unless you control a monastery or find a scroll...).
Not if you train sages, which give research.
I also think the jellyfish use too much mana, as mana is the hardest thing for them to get.
I suppose I could make them cheaper, but they only cost three mana, surely you can train a few conjurers? How many jellies do you need, anyway?

Also, in a hot seat game, as the elves, with 3 citys, a priest mercenary and 3 vigilante (all in one city), the (regency) enemy sent 2 ornithopters at me.
I'm afraid that's quite impossible to verify without a saved game. It is possible that the Regency had e.g. a few assassins or other hidden units with him?

there is only one quote in the mirror section, from that old necromancer. shouldn't there be more?
Yes. Working on that.

almost all the pictures for the Wizards are quite on the dorky side. no offence, but surely there was more to choose from, and some of them must be better than the current ones?
Frankly, no. If you can find freelance artists willing to license their work for a third-party game, be my guest. You didn't think you could simply grab whatever you could find on the internet, and use that without permission, I hope?
I think that alot of the Dwarven units could do with a bit more HP or Defence, such as the sopoliphs(or whatever they are...), they could do with a bit more health.
Sopholiths are support troops, not combat units.
sometimes, when you finish moving a unit, it will disappear. not physically, but it is still disconcerting.
Got a save of that? Otherwise, bug reports that start with "
sometimes"
are pretty much impossible to track down.
