I'm not sure how useful this would be in other forum boards, but it would be useful in the Forum Games category.

Currently:
1. A person attaches a screenshot to a post.
2. Clicks Send Message.
3. Said person has to copy the shortcut to the attachment.
4. Person then edits the original post to add in an image link of the attachment.

Possibly:
1. A person attaches a screenshot to a post.
2. Then clicks a button/link to add a link to the attachment.
3. Clicks Send Message.
(4.) PHP code parses the post, noting the Attachment_Link_Request, and replaces it with a link to the new attachment.

I'm fairly sure this is possible in PHP, and it would make adding a personal screenshot to a post a lot easier.

Unfortunately, I recall precisely two site FRs being granted in my entire time on this forum, so this will probably be in the majority.

I've seen this same request at least three times. No progress yet. By the way, it doesn't need to be all fancy shmancy flags and interpreting and whatnot. People don't add attachments that often, so even a button which simply queries the database for number of last attachment, then pastes [img]http://forum.caravelgames.com/getattachment.php?id=<x+1>[/img] into the message should do the trick nicely.
