1 Monster Room (+2)
Okay, so i've had an idea for this contest for a while now but i've been too lazy to put it up until now.
The point of the contest is pretty straightforward. You have to build a puzzle containing exactly one monster.
The Rules
- The hold may have one puzzle room only and a maximum of 3 rooms (intro, puzzle, and exit).
- The room must be completable
-if you have a roach queen, there should be a solution in which it cannot reproduce
-no tar mothers
-no npc's that turn into monsters

Scoring
The holds will be scored in a poll on July 1- July 7
Scoring will be based on:
Originality(4 points): Originality is the greatest factor because something like this is easy to copy from another hold. So if it isn't original, you won't do so well. If the exact same room has been done somewhere else (even by the creator of the room), no originality points will be given. (This includes changing things that don't affect the play of the room at all, such at changing a certain obstacle to a different type.)
Fun(3 points): Fun is always important in any drod puzzle, and if it's just plain repetative or annoying(such as a orb puzzle that all you do is press 20 orbs in the right order to make a single roach come out), -1's can be given.
Difficulty(2 points): I try not to make this worth too much, because a puzzle doesn't have to be difficult to be good. Basically, if the puzzle is extremely easy, it gets a 0, if its easy to medium, a 1, and if it's hard, a 2.
Aesthetics(1 point): This is mainly a deciding factor, if it looks good, it gets a 1, if it doesn't, it gets a 0.
Submission
-To submit your room, email it to me at SMHorowitz@earthlink.net
-You must send a demo of your room along with the room itself.
-If the room does not meet the rules, or you don't send a demo, i will tell you and you can change and resend it. This is the only time I will allow you to resend a room to me, so make sure your room is 100% complete before you send it to me.
-The submission must be in the following format:
Username
Room name (if not included i will use the name of the hold).
Any additional comments

Sorry, there aren't any other than bragging rights, but come on, the real reason people enter contests is to have fun anyways
