Here is what I get when I try to load the demo of Fifth Level 2N2W :

Anyone knows if it's a bug, problem, normal, or me just having a bad day? (very bad, at that, because I really can't solve this room without it...)

P.S.: I'm using the Architect's Edition (too cheap to buy KDD yet >.< if I buy one it will be TCB though, and then I'll buy the others... I know, I know, I just like the story of a city. )

It's a JtRH or TCB format demo file (I know this for a fact because I get this when importing a JtRH hold file into AE. It wasn't programmed to cope with these files, hence the blank message box.). You need an AE format demo file instead.

Ummm... how about installing the TCB demo then importing the KDD hold and an export of your AE player into it?

Yeah, you'll only get one tileset out of six, but at least you should be able to view all demos...

I didn't think of that, sounds like a good idea, I'll try it right now.

EDIT: Sounded fine, but I have to restart the first five levels from scratch...

Yes, I did, I exported from AE and imported in TCB my name (now there's two times mine...) and took the one that was advanced in AE.

And you can't restore to the room you were last in?

That's strange - though you could try doing a saves only export from AE, if AE supports it; it's literally been years since I last played AE...
