×Gel babies are stupider than Tar babies - they find it difficult to go round corners.

×Unlike other rooms on this level with Tarstuff switchers in them... there's nothing stopping you from stepping on the switcher multiple times.

×Make sure the Black Gate drops when you're in the centre of the room, and you're not really lined up with any of the openings. That reduces the initial amount of gel babies that come at you. Then use careful steps with your sword facing NE to thin off one side, and be sure to advance back into the babies when only one side is attacking to give you more room to retreat again.
