This is a script-related bug involving Custom speakers. I've improved the situation somewhat, so after undo, custom speech is put back to where it started playing instead of moving it to the executing NPC. But it'll take a lot of extra bookkeeping, believe it or not, to keep track of which monster is speaking, so I'm going to pass on fixing that for now.
