Well, I know the site - I just wasn't sure which movie it was from (it's been some time since I've last watched Pulp Fiction), so I rewatched the most likely candidates...

Maybe nobody else saw this, so I'll give some more hints. It was made by the BBC in the 80s. The director and one of the pictured actors are only one degree of separation away from Pierce Brosnan.

No, not Blake's 7. I don't think another picture would help, so here are some more clues:
1) This miniseries won BAFTAs for Best Drama Series, Best Actor and Best Original TV Music.
2) The director's most recent film scored 94% at Rotten Tomatoes, ie. it was very well-received. That film bears some relation to my previous clue.
3) The lead actor's last words in a well-known film were "clever girl".

Edge of Darkness it is! A six-part political thriller, with music by Eric Clapton and Michael Kamen; it's still possibly the best TV I've ever seen. Pity no-one else has... I guess it's your turn.

Yeah, sorry about that; I got tired of waiting for someone to get it, and the previous 'Pierce Brosnan' hint didn't seem to help (Martin Campbell directed Casino Royale and Goldeneye, for the record). I couldn't think of a way to hint that the actress, Joanne Whalley, is now married to Val Kilmer. Have a consolation point.

So, wait, in the second Edge of Darkness photo, the man on the left is not Jonathan Pryce? I was so sure! (And he was in a Pierce Brosnan Bond film!)

No, that was Bob Peck on the left. On the right is Joe Don Baker, who had a small part (as a CIA guy, IIRC) in Goldeneye (as well as Tomorrow Never Dies, which did include Jonathan Pryce).

I feel like I should know the plastic man. Looks a bit like 'Newman' of Seinfeld, but I'm sure it's not. It's gonna bug me...

No, the big shiny man is not made of plastic. And, as you know, he's not the actor who played Newman, though he has made numerous appearances on many TV series.

My guess is Barton Fink.

If I'm not mistaken, that second one is Tony Shalhoub (from Monk and Galaxy Quest) and the first one is Michael Lerner (from Godzilla and Amos & Andrew).
