January 2004 - Master Map Submissions
In January, 2003, Erik ran the first of what turned out to be a series of competitions - to draw a map of the Eighth, which Erik would pilfer ideas from to add to the official Eighth map. Four maps were eventually submitted, one of which was, as usual, planned to be grandoise, but ended up being slapped together in Paint.
It's interesting to note which elements of the contest maps ended up making it into the official map.
