Okay, steps to reproduce;

1.Create a hold (needs only be one room). Be sure the room includes checkpoints.
2. Play the room in normal game (not playtesting). Step on at least one checkpoint.
3. Return to editor and delete/ move a couple of checkpoints.
4. Repeat step 2.
5. Choose Restore. You will now see that you can now restore from old checkpoints you stepped on, even though they are not there any more.

Quite what can be done about this, I don't know. In most cases this is not a problem, but it is irritating in one of the rooms in my hold to have about 5 restore points even though there are only two checkpoints.
