I'm new to this game. I downloaded the latest version ("Rooted" demo) and a few "homemade" holds. Now I'm wondering, is the default hold from AE available as a .hold anywhere or do I have to get AE as well if I want to play that? I tried searching the forum, but found nothing useful.

The no-frills, exactly-copied-from-AE version of King Dugan's Dungeon (KDD) is located here. The updated version of KDD, with fully acted voices, a bunch of scripts, and new secret rooms, is only available right now as a Smitemaster's Selection (which you have to have CaravelNet for), although there are other plans in the works for people who would rather have KDD 2.0 than JtRH.
