This is an excellent hold. I'm on the second floor now. My only comment would be try to avoid having Beethro enter a room standing on a door, and put in more checkpoints.

However, it should be noted that the entrance the the second floor is ridiculously hard, and only solvable from where you start.

And I'll admit, I still haven't solved it. Too many roaches spawning in the second part before I can escape the tunnel.

Un it's current state, the second floor entrance room might be doable as you claim, but won't seem that way to your players. The bottom part was fine, the top, not so much. I'd be glad to try the rest of the hold when you fix that room.

I've just finished level 1, but I'm not going to finish the second level now, because if you go S from 1S2E, you can't go back. (Oh, the level 2 entrance room is a very good room, but you might want to put a green door at the exit. 1E is a bit too long though...)

Here are some comments for level 1 (using secret tags to save space...):

Since this is my first Hold I would like some input on the way I made it, rather than room comments. Thanks for the tips though. :)

I fixed your requests, so here is the updated version.

For those who have beaten level one already take the stairs at the entrance. Please don't skip ahead if you haven't.

Quite honestly, I like your style. Your puzzles manage to be complex and difficult, yet fun and fair. It's pretty damned good. Ascetically pleasing, not riddled with errors, and just overall good.

I did manage to solve the second floor entrance in it's original form. It was a tremendous pain in the butt. The edit kept it's main difficulty while not making it so that the room can become impossible.

1N1E is a fairly easy room, probably the easiest. To make it harder you should put a green door beside the east exit. This would make it as hard as the other rooms in that level.
