Under some circumstances, a player can make their way back to the start of the level the long way around and it's cheaper to kill the Seep to escape the Admin lock in. This means that if you want to pass between staircases, you have to loop the entire level.

The pressure plate after the boss should open the yellow door that bypasses this eye to make this scenario more convenient. This shouldn't invalidate anybody's scores at it would require someone to open that door after killing the boss, which seems very unlikely.
