Does anyone have an explanation for this...

I am currently completing level 7, but , even though I seemed to have cleared out all of the rooms, I cannot enter the exit (blue door is still up, no "exit level" sign appears).

I have walked around the entire level, and nothing remains to be killed (except the puddles of ooze (although all ooze beastie things are killed, as are te spawning ooze puzzles).

I HAVE completed the room which cannot be accessed again later (I forget the bearing)

Any ideas?

whoops - I guess it was stupidity - didn't see the secret room - sorry to bother (and thanks to the forum - perhaps I should check these things first in the future )

Hi! I´m a new Drod-fan from Finland! And surprise, surprise, stuck in level 8. I have been in every room, killed everything, but...??

What secret room?? I have found 18 rooms. Is there more? Where, where?!

There are indeed 18 rooms on L8, so if your blue door hasn't opened, then you must have forgotten to clear one of them. Check your minimap and restore screen map for red rooms, which are explored ones that have not been conquered.

Help !!! in the name of Drod!

I completed all rooms LEVEL 8 including
the hidden one furtherest South (7 South, 3 East)
then i read that about the room you cannot go in twice
and i restore the room before ( 3 South, 3 East)it so I could go in the blind room north of it and I complete it.
Do I now have to complete all the rooms I (already) completed
but not before i did blind room (that is 2 South, 3 East) ???

If I make any sense to You ,
and the answer is that I have to do it all over again,
I'm gonna freak out!
Is there any other way to skip to level 9?

Oh, yes, you have to do all the rooms in the level on the same game. That is, if you restore back to an earlier room, it acts as if you did not play those (later) rooms yet and you have to do them again. I agree this is an awful situation.

thanks, anyway.
I'm gonna give it a rest for few days,
and I'm gonna play it all over 8 level.
It's just that physically it takes a long time to play
each room all over.
Can't it be viewed as some sort of bug in the game,
never the less it's been said "think twice before you leave this room"
It should say: " DO NOT leave this room before You Finish ABSOLUTELY"
